I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of Chicago. I am on the job market in 2022-23.

I am an applied microeconomist specializing in Political Economy and Behavioral Economics.

In particular, I study topics such as media & polarization, opinion formation, and regulation of digital platforms. My job market paper analyzes how exposure to toxic content on social media affects user engagement and whether toxicity is contagious. In another project, I study the effects of Facebook’s political advertising on electoral outcomes.
